About
Hello, I’m Sarah.
Owner, Designer, Strategist &
Former Yoga Studio Owner
Yep—I’m a former yoga studio owner, yoga and meditation teacher, ASM-C sound bath facilitator, and artist.
With that unique combination of experience, I now specialize in the strategic design and build of digital marketing systems for other YSOs.
I absolutely love this work and wouldn’t want to do anything else!
The Studio Strategist
I started this practice to support yoga studios with the digital marketing systems that help studios grow sustainably. With so many responsibilities competing for attention, marketing often falls to the bottom of the list — even though it’s essential for increasing visibility, driving bookings, and attracting and retaining members.
-
I believe in keeping things simple, smart, and human. Every project starts with listening and ends with something we're proud to hand over and share with the world.
-
I design and build digital marketing systems that are thoughtful and well-connected so your studio’s:
visibility feels natural and recognizable
communications feel authentic and actionable;
clients intuitively understand where to go
business runs with more time and ease.
-
I specialize in yoga studios because, as a studio owner and yoga teacher myself, I understand the nuances of the industry, from operations and retention to marketing, scheduling, and the student experience.
Not a yoga studio? I also work with Pilates, barre, and dance studios, meditation centers, wellness practices, and sound healing or sound bath practitioners looking for thoughtful, connected digital marketing support.
Why work with me
As a former community yoga studio owner, I understand both the business and the constant BUSYness of running a yoga studio. My experience goes beyond design alone.
I help build the student lifecycle marketing infrastructure that supports visibility, increases conversions, strengthens retention, and gives studios the best opportunity for sustainable growth.
My yoga studio
My yoga studio, Crown Yoga, was an award-winning 8-limbs based yoga and meditation practice in the Seattle area. I built it around the ancient wisdom of yoga, community with a focus on accessibility, community, and meaningful connection.
Crown Yoga was featured in local publications including the Renton Reporter, as well as larger media outlets like like The Seattle Times and Seattle Refined on KOMO News 4. Many of my studio’s media feature came from the press releases, outreach, and marketing systems I developed myself.
Crown Yoga was also nominated for multiple local awards and named Best Yoga & Meditation Studio in Renton, Washington in 2024.
