About
Hi, I’m Sarah.
Owner, Designer, Strategist &
Former Yoga Studio Owner
Yep, I’m a former yoga studio owner, yoga and meditation teacher, ASM-C sound bath facilitator, and artist.
With that unique combination of experience, I now specialize in the strategic design and build of digital marketing systems for other YSOs.
More About Me
I raise mason bees 🐝 with my two daughters and our three cats. We spend our summer days swimming, reading, creating, and taking nature hikes.
I absolutely love this work and wouldn’t want to do anything else!
The Studio Strategist
I started this practice to support yoga studios with the digital marketing systems that help studios grow sustainably. With so many responsibilities competing for attention, marketing often falls to the bottom of the list even though it’s essential for increasing visibility, driving bookings, and attracting and retaining members.
-
I believe in keeping things simple, smart, and human. Every project starts with listening and ends with something we're proud to hand over to you and share with the world.
-
I design and build digital marketing systems that are thoughtful and well-connected. This means your studio’s:
visibility feels natural and recognizable to clients
communications is authentic and actionable
clients intuitively understand where to go
business runs with more time and ease
-
I specialize in yoga studios because, as a former studio owner and yoga teacher myself, I understand the nuances of the industry, from operations and retention to marketing, scheduling, and the student experience.
Not a yoga studio? Reach out, let’s talk!
Why work with me
As a former community yoga studio owner, I understand both the business and the constant BUSYness of running a yoga studio. My experience goes beyond design alone.
I help build the student lifecycle marketing infrastructure that supports visibility, increases conversions, strengthens retention, and gives studios the best opportunity for sustainable growth.
My own yoga studio
My yoga studio, Crown Yoga Shala, was an award-winning yoga and meditation studio based in the Seattle area. Our focus was on Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and the eight limbs with an emphasis on community and meaningful connection.
Crown Yoga was featured in local publications as well as larger metro media outlets like The Seattle Times and Seattle Refined on KOMO News 4. Media features came from the press releases, outreach, and marketing systems I developed myself as well as outreach from journalists.
Crown Yoga was also nominated for multiple local awards and named Best Yoga & Meditation Studio in Renton, Washington in 2024.
